Shaun Bolton established S. Bolton Builders in Norfolk in 1985 after studying a 4 year apprenticeship.

Shaun is a second generation builder following in his father John's footsteps. John is now retired from G.B.S. Builders Ltd. which he established in the 1950's. During this period he built over 400 houses in and around the Norwich area.

To ensure the very highest standard of service and workmanship S. Bolton Builders uses only time served tradesmen for all construction and renovation works. They are fully insured and committed to ensuring that the customer experiences complete satisfaction.

We not only cater for New Builds but also for full Alteration and Renovation services of period and listed properties.

Our speciality is traditional Lime Render but we also cover all aspects of construction and our work is our passion.

We are currently renovating a Tudor barn situated in Mid Suffolk which was originally constructed in 1538. For this project we are using traditional materials, methods and tradesmen.
